Chairman Kelvin Chan Mr. Chan, 46, is a member of the Primary Investment Committee and private equity team in the Singapore office with responsibilities for private equity fund and direct investments in the Asia-Pacific region. Partners Group is an independent global alternative asset management firm headquartered in Baar, Switzerland with offices in New York, San Francisco, London, Singapore, Tokyo, Beijing and Sydney, and current total asset under management is in excess of CHF 25 billion. Mr. Chan has been involved in private equity investing globally for over thirteen years and in corporate and private banking in the Asia-Pacific region for over five years. Prior to joining Partners Group in August 2004, he was a Senior Vice President and member of the Investment Approval Committee at TIF Ventures, which manages USD 1.3bn of private equity fund investments on behalf of the Singapore Government, and has also held various senior positions at EDB Investments, ORIX Investments, Credit Agricole , ING Bank and Overseas Union Bank. Mr. Chan is currently the Chairman of the Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association since 2006 and holds an MBA degree in Banking and Finance from Nanyang Technological University. Mr. Chan is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and a panel member of The Enterprise Challenge under the Prime Minister Office of Singapore.

Vice Chairman Eugene Wong (CFA, MBA) Eugene Wong is the Founder and Managing Director of the Sirius Group, which is a boutique private equity and business consultancy company that works with and invests in Small and Medium Sized (SME) companies. It works with growing SMEs to develop their growth strategy as well as funds them. Eugene currently sits on the boards of several private and public companies. Eugene also started a S$20 million Sirius Angel Fund, which is an angel fund that invests in innovative growing companies. He was previously the Executive Director of Crimson Asia Capital Singapore, responsible for the Singapore office. During that time, he was on the Board of several growing companies. He has been instrumental in listing the first Hong Kong company on the Hong Kong’s Growth Enterprise Market in 1999, successful merger of a Singapore based logistics company with a US, fortune 100 company in 2000 and the listing of the first Malaysian company on the Singapore Main board in 2002, among other deals. He is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore Management University (SMU) teaching Small Business Consulting in the Undergraduate Program as well as lectures at SMU continuing education training corporate managers of MNCs and CEOs of SMEs. An Adjunct Lecturer of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) teaching the New Venture and Venture Capital courses for Graduate Diploma and MSc for Technopreneurship. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer of National University of Singapore (NUS) teching an MBA module on Entrepreneurial Finance. He had previously taught at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and guest-lectured at Tsinghua University in Beijing. He is also an active speaker in workshop and seminars on Fund Raising and Entrepreneurial Finance. His area of expertise is in Small Business Strategies and Consulting, Entrepreneurial Finance, Venture Capital and Private Equity. Eugene is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (SVCA) and was the Ex-President of the Innovators and Entrepreneurs Association, Singapore (IdEA), an association supported by EDB to represent building start up entrepreneurs & Innovators and the former Co-Chairman (Learning & Education) of Entrepreneurs Organisation Singapore Chapter (Formerly YEO). He is currently also on the Investment Committees of the NTU’s as well as the SMU’s Entrepreneurial Talent Development Funds (ETDF). Eugene was conferred the honorary Phd Business Admin from Honolulu University. He received an MBA from Imperial College, University of London and graduated from the National University of Singapore Business School with a BBA degree with First Class honors and was awarded the DBS Gold medal for the most outstanding finance student. He attended the Executive Program for Growing Companies (EPGC) from Stanford Business School. He completed the Venture Capital Institute Graduate Program organized by the US National Venture Capital Association and NASBIC. He also received the Certified Master Coach conducted by the Behavioral Coaching Institute in Sydney Australia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) holder. Honorary Secretary Doris Yee Doris has over 20 years of experience in engineering and technology investment. She joined iGlobe Partners in 2000. Currently, Doris serves on the Boards of ForteMedia Inc., Streaming21, Econz Wireless and Teralane Semiconductor. She also serves on the IT Advisory Panel of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the Venture Support Committee of the National University of Singapore and as Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Venture Capital Association. From 1992 to 2000, Ms. Yee held senior management positions at the National Science and Technology Board (NSTB) of Singapore, a government agency promoting research and development and related commercialization. At NSTB, she led the organization’s efforts to promote R&D investments in the electronics and telecommunications industries, resulting in significant R&D commitments by major U.S. and Japanese companies in Singapore. Ms. Yee played a major role in the formation of the New Business Division and led its direct equity investment activities in IT, electronics and telecommunications. She pioneered the Venture Incentive Scheme For Startups, a co-investment scheme catalyzing the formation and development of technology enterprises in Singapore. Prior to the NSTB, Ms. Yee spent seven years in R&D involving security and communication technologies at Chartered Electronics Industries (a member of the Singapore Technologies Group) and at Telerate, a U.S. financial data services company. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with Honors, both from the National University of Singapore. |

Committee Member Damien Lim Damien Lim is General Partner of BioVeda Capital, which is focused on life science investments. He has over 18 years of private equity and investment banking experience. Prior to founding BioVeda, he was Director, Investments with PrimePartners, one of the first independent private equity firms in Asia. Prior to that, he was Executive Director of Vickers Ballas Asset Management where he was responsible for structuring, raising and managing various private equity funds in Southeast Asia and India. Concurrently he was Senior Vice President of Vickers Ballas Holdings (now part of DBS Group) where he was involved in the public company’s proprietary private equity investments and strategic acquisitions. Prior to Vickers Ballas, Mr Lim was Associate Director, Corporate Finance with Morgan Grenfell Asia (now part of Deutsche Bank), where he worked on many cross-border IPOs, debt and equity financings, and corporate advisory transactions. Mr Lim started his career as a financial journalist with The Straits Times.

Committee Member Christophe Florin Christophe Florin is Member of the Executive Committee of AXA Private Equity, which manages USD 22 Billion of private equity investments. He is based in Singapore and manages AXA Private Equity's activities for Asia. He received an MBA in Finance from Laval University in Quebec and has a degree in Finance and Economy from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He joined AXA Private Equity in 1998 to develop the secondary and the fund of funds activities. Before joining AXA Private Equity, he was co-Managing Director of Développement et Partenariat, an investment fund specialising in turnaround situations. From 1990 to 1995, he was with GAN, as investment manager in the Private Equity department headed by Ms. Senequier, the CEO of AXA Private Equity. Mr Florin started his career at Crédit National, where he managed a portfolio of corporate loans. Christophe Florin is teaching finance at ESSEC, one of the best French business schools.

Committee Member Pang Heng Soon Mr Pang is currently General Manager of Infocomm Investments Pte Ltd (IIPL), a wholly-owned investment arm of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), an agency championing the Info-Communications Technology (ICT) sector in Singapore. IIPL’s activities support IDA’s efforts to expand & grow strong Singapore-based ICT enterprises and to create a vibrant pool of ICT entrepreneurs & start-ups in Singapore. Prior to joining IIPL, Mr Pang was a director at Strategic Alliance Capital Pte Ltd, a boutique investment advisory firm in Singapore. He worked on strategy & business plan formulation with emphasis on market expansion, strategic partnership & alliances, as well as on evaluation of acquisition targets etc. for companies in the fields of telecommunications, software, electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, logistics. Mr Pang was previously also an executive director at a public-listed, semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Singapore. He was in-charge of business strategies and development as well as concurrently overseeing sales & marketing. Mr. Pang began his working career at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and was at the time of his leaving the organization, a Deputy Director and Vice President of its investment arm that had S$2 billion under management. While at EDB, he was involved in local enterprise and industry development, and then in venture capital investment as well as large strategic joint ventures with multinational companies. For a period of time, he was based in EDB’s San Francisco office and managed EDB’s venture investment activities in the US, targeting leading-edge technology companies from the seed stage to the pre-IPO stage. Mr. Pang received his tertiary education in Germany.

Committee Member Carmelo Pistorio Carmelo Pistorio, Founder and Managing Director of Upstream Ventures, an Asian early stage venture capital firm, has over 10 years of international entrepreneurial experience across multiple high-tech industries including software, semiconductors, and environmental systems and solutions. His operational experience spans all aspects of a startup, and he has held positions ranging from founder and investor to senior executive for operations, as well as serving on the boards of a number of companies across Europe and Asia. Prior to founding Upstream Ventures, Carmelo Pistorio has had several years experience as an Angel Investor choosing the vibrant city of Singapore as his center of operations, where he now resides. He currently serves as a panel member on The Enterprise Challenge (TEC), which responds to the Prime Minister’s Office. Carmelo Pistorio has also served on the board of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, and continues to serve on the boards of Upstream Ventures’ core portfolio companies. Kelvin has won many prizes and awards, amongst which are: the Law Society of Singapore Book Prize, the Law Faculty Shook Lin & Bok Prize, the Law Faculty Montrose Memorial Prize for Top Student in Jurisprudence and was on the National University of Singapore (Law Faculty) Dean’s List during all four years of his study. Committee Member Tam Hock Chuan Hock Chuan is the head of Exploit Incubation & Spin-off Management Division. Committee Member Peter Tan Peter Tan is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of SkyVen Asset Management Pte Ltd (a member of SkyVen Capital Group). SkyVen Asset Management Pte Ltd is an international venture capital and private equity management firm that provides growth, mezzanine, late and pre-IPO stage funding for companies primarily in Asia and especially in China, Greater China and Singapore. Committee Member Tan Kim Seng Mr Tan is a Managing Director and co-founder of 3V SourceOne Capital, a regional VC firm with presence in Singapore, China and USA. He is currently a Committee Member of Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association and Chairman of its Valuation Committee. He has been involved in venture capital investments in Greater China, USA and ASEAN since 1994. He was previously an Executive Director and Principal Fund Manager of UOB Venture Management responsible for fund management activities and setting up of joint-venture VC funds in China. Mr Tan started his engineering career with Texas Instruments Singapore and subsequently joined Northern Telecom as a section head responsible for new product introduction. He successfully ventured into banking industry in 1990 as an Assistant Vice President with the commercial banking sector of United Overseas Bank Group. He was the Chairman of Retail Electronic Banking Committee of the Association of Banks in Singapore and Operation Committee Member of NETS Singapore in 1991/1992. Mr Tan holds a M.Sc. (Industrial Eng.) and a B.Eng (EE) (Hons) degree from the National University of Singapore. He is an alumnus of the US Venture Capital Institute.
