Membership Structure

There are 3 categories of membership:

1.	Full Corporate membership is only open to a corporation engaged in Venture Capital or Private Equity activities, which are defined as :
	Management of equity or quasi-equity financing principally for enterprises that have a significant growth potential in terms of products, technology, business concepts and services; Activities whose main objective is long term capital gains to remunerate risks; Activities pursuant to which such institutions or corporations can provide active management support to investees.
2.	Associate Corporate membership is open to a corporation with an interest in Venture Capital or Private Equity activities in Singapore, as well as those engaged in Venture Capital or Private Equity activities but do not have a representative office in Singapore.

3.	Associate Individual membership is only open to an individual with an interest in Venture Capital or Private Equity activities, but who does not belong to any corporation that has a similar interest in Venture Capital or Private Equity.

Membership Benefits

1.	Members are updated on fund raising/investment issues pertaining to VC/PE industry through events organized or supported by SVCA

2.	The regional network of APVCA allows members to tap into business contacts from other countries

3.	Members are also entitled to the following: Discounted registration fees to events organised or supported by SVCA Discounted registration fees to events organised by APVCA members Free listing in annual SVCA Directory (for Full Corporate members only)
