• Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations; conference and/or gala dinner, must be received in writing by 5 September 2008 and are subject to cancellation fees of SGD300 and SGD50 respectively. There will be no refunds for cancellation notices received after 9 September 2008. Any cancellations for conference booked under group bookings will automatically change the registration fee per pax based on the renewed number of delegates. E.g., Cancellation of 1 conference pass booked under a group of 3 will be charged at SGD1,100 each for non-member, early bird without any complimentary ticket.
• Confirmed Registrations: Registrations will only be confirmed for payment received by 18 September 2008. SVCA reserves the right not to admit delegates whose registration fees are not received prior to the Conference.
• Disclaimer: Speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of release. SVCA reserves the right to change the advertised speakers and/or topics or cancel the conference under circumstances which are beyond our control. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible. In case of cancellation, refunds will be arranged to all prepaid registrations after the cancellation.
