Kareena Teh advises multinational, PRC and Hong Kong companies and individuals on governance, regulatory and compliance matters, and complex commercial litigation. Ms. Teh assists clients in internal and government investigations in various Asian jurisdictions involving cross-border corruption, customs violations, fraud, market misconduct, money laundering and securities fraud.
