Chin Yong Kwek
Associate Managing Director, Kroll

Chin Yong Kwek is an associate managing director in the Business Intelligence and Investigations practice of Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps, based in the Singapore office. Chin Yong has a broad skill set in the legal sector and is skilled at working with clients to address pre-transaction issues such as those surrounding due diligence, business intelligence, market entry, as well as post-transaction issues such as dispute resolution, asset tracing, and investigative projects in support of litigation.

Gary Leonard Low
Director, Dispute Resolution, Drew & Napier

Gary practices both civil and criminal litigation. He has an active civil/commercial practice and has acted in a wide variety of matters, including disputes in banking and finance, commercial disputes, arbitrations, directors’/shareholders’ disputes, minority oppression, tortious liability, property and contractual disputes. Gary also has wide experience in criminal matters and was formerly a Deputy Public Prosecutor. He has represented clients involved in diverse offences, including commercial crimes, corruption and securities offences such as insider trading, market manipulation. He has also been involved in investigations by various corporations into alleged wrongdoings of employees in relation to fraud, criminal breach of trust, cheating, breach of fiduciary duties and other misconduct. Gary is recommended by the Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2019 edition for Dispute Resolution as well as by Who’s Who Legal 2018 edition for Business Crime Defence.

Lu Ching, Lau
Partner, Klareco Communications

Lu Ching provides expert counsel on corporate strategy, crisis communications and government relations. Prior to joining Klareco Communications, Lu Ching was the Head of Global Communications at one of the biggest producers of pulp, paper and packaging in the world. She was also the Global Crisis Communications Advisor for the international Oil Major, BP Plc. Based in London, she was part of BP Group managing crisis, global and regional level communications. Lu Ching started her career as an auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick, and then in the Singapore Civil Service with her last appointment as a Deputy Director/ Asst Secretary to the PM in the Prime Minister’s Office.
