Subramanian Pillai practice has been primarily in the field of Commercial Litigation and Arbitration with particular emphasis in construction and engineering disputes. As an accredited Arbitrator and experienced Arbitration Counsel, Mr Pillai has advised and represented clients in several international arbitrations under the SIAC, ICC and UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration, and, before the High Court and the Court of Appeal. His recent accolades include: Recommended lawyer in Dispute Resolution practice in Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2017 and Leading Lawyer in Dispute Resolution practice in Asialaw Leading Lawyers 2017. Leading lawyer in Disputes, Energy and Infrastructure practice in IFLR1000 2016. Mr. Kenneth Szeto, Partner
Kenneth’s legal practice primarily focuses on the areas of finance and real estate, in both transactional and advisory matters. He advises banks and financial institutions as well as borrowers in onshore and offshore financings with a focus on real estate, asset-backed and asset financing transactions and documentation. He also advises both corporate and individual clients on acquisitions and disposals of real estate, collective sale and purchases, housing developments, sale and leasebacks, leasing and onshore and offshore real estate-related corporate and corporate finance transactions including share and business acquisitions and disposals, and general corporate and commercial work. His recent accolades include: Recommended lawyer in Banking and Finance practice in Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2017.
Mr. Christopher Huang, Senior Associate
Christopher is a senior associate in the corporate team as well as a tax adviser in CNP Tax and Advisory Pte Ltd, which is an affiliate of CNP that provides tax advice. He graduated from the University of Queensland (Australia) with a dual degree in law (LL.B.) and commerce (B.Com). He has worked as an accountant for Hastings Deering, Australia, and as a business manager for Adcomp Technology in Singapore. Christopher also worked in the transfer pricing department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as at VoskampLawyers, prior to joining CNP and CNP Tax and Advisory Pte Ltd this year. He focuses on the legal and tax aspects of cross border transactions, including transfer pricing.
