Mr. Malcom Ramsay | Partner, Head of Transport Practice for Asia-Pacific | KPMG

Malcolm is a senior member of KPMG’s Global Aviation Practice and leads our Asia Pacific Transport Practice. He has over 24 years’ experience with the firm. In his global aviation roles, he has visited KPMG’s major airline clients in all geographies to discuss current industry and global issues and the associated impact on the airline industry and individual carriers.

He has provided extensive transaction (M&A and debt) advisory and other services to the airline and rail industries both in Australia and Europe. He is a member of the firm’s Global Transport Steering Group and has worked with KPMG transportation clients including Singapore Airlines, Qantas Airways Limited, easyJet, DP World, AP Moller Maersk, Panalpina , Swire Shipping and Teekay Shipping.



Mr. Yeo Wee Yap | Head of Mezzanine Capital | UOB Bank

Yeo Wee Yap has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the Asian financial industry. Presently, he is the Head of Mezzanine Capital of UOB Bank as well as the Chairman of Investment Committee of United Orient Capital Fund, a Greater China and South-east Asia focus special situation fund. He joined UOB in 2009 to initiate the setup of Mezzanine Capital unit to invest in alternative investment opportunities in Greater China and South-East Asia. Subsequently he initiated, led and executed the business transformation into fund model. He was involved in setting the investment strategy, investment evaluation process, operation manual, fund structuring, marketing of fund and building a cohesive complementary team.

Prior to that, Wee Yap was with JP Morgan covering pre-IPO financing and other form of private financing. Wee Yap was leading DBS Private Equity unit covering Greater China and South-East Asia before joining JP Morgan. His other transaction experience spans corporate lending, acquisition, structured, tax-driven lease and lease backed structure, NPL restructuring and buyout. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Nanyang Technological University (second upper) and is a CFA holder.


Mr. Francoise Dubrulle | President | The Green Airliner Singapore

Francois Dubrulle founded The Green Airliner Singapore (TGAS) in 2015, and is the President of the company. Before setting up TGAS, he had established The Green Airliner in Switzerland in 2007 and eventually grew the business into a successful asset management company with prestigious clients. Mr. Dubrulle brings more than a decade of experience as an entrepreneur and has been involved in several businesses, particularly those that addressed new challenges in the aerospace and telecom sectors. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Dubrulle was the risk manager of Alcatel Group in Paris, France, for aerospace technologies, from 1999 to 2004. During this time, he developed and managed €500m portfolio of assets, encompassing new and successful lines of financial services to Alcatel and its clients, including General Electric (GE Americom) and France Telecom.

In 1997, he joined SCOR, a world leader in reinsurance, where he was a satellite and launcher underwriter. Mr. Dubrulle started his professional career in 1992 with Matra Marconi Space (MMS, now Airbus Defence and Space) as a systems engineer, after which he held positions in the Commercial and Business Development directorate, where he focused on national and export programs of Earth observation satellites. He was part of the team who developed and manufactured complex civil telecom satellite programs, namely Worldspace.
