Srividya is the managing director of Duff & Phelps Singapore Pte Ltd. She set up American Appraisal Singapore operations in 2012, which later got acquired by Duff & Phelps, the largest global independent valuation advisory firm. She has over 18 years of experience in valuations, M&A, corporate finance, corporate strategy and management consulting. She has advised numerous companies on valuations for the purposes of transaction, restructuring, financial reporting, tax & regulatory, dispute resolution and financing. Prior to joining American Appraisal, Srividya was the Partner and Practice Leader – Valuations at Grant Thornton India. She has also worked with Baring Communications Equity Asia (BCEA), a private equity fund in Singapore, part of the ING-Barings group and with A.F. Ferguson & Co (part of Deloitte) earlier in her career. Srividya has advised several technology companies on a range of valuation matters such as business valuation, intellectual property valuation, impairment issues etc.

Petrus is Co-Head of the Capital Markets practice in Drew & Napier LLC. He has more than 20 years of practice. His practice covers equity capital markets including initial public offerings and secondary listings of companies from overseas and in Singapore, placements, rights issues, and listed company share schemes, and scrip dividend schemes. He also advises on the setting up and initial public offerings of REITs, Business Trusts and property funds.
Peh Hong Yee, Managing Director

Hong Yee was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple) in 2004. Hong Yee was also called to the Malaysian Bar in 2005 and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2012. Hong Yee advises on a broad range of corporate matters with his main area of practice in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate and compliance work (including compliance matters arising from SGX-ST Listing Manual). He has been actively involved in international and domestic corporate finance practice including public listing of equities, dual listing on different stock exchanges, issuance of Taiwan Depository Receipt, rights issue, issuance of debt instruments etc. Apart from corporate commercial transactions, Hong Yee also deals with domestic and international clients on company secretarial matters, shipping, wills, probate and administration.
Terence Sim, Vice President

Mr. Terence Sim joined Vickers in 2009 and is based in Singapore. He works closely with the investment committee and he is focused on advising current portfolio companies on their business strategies, helping the companies drive subsequent funding rounds and potential exit opportunities. Mr. Sim is also focused on sourcing potential deals for Vickers, making investment recommendation to the investment committee and conducting due diligence for potential investments. Mr. Sim is also responsible for monitoring the stock markets in the region and managing the sale of the shares of the portfolio companies upon their IPO listing and the treasury positions of the Group, using his experience and knowledge from his time as an analyst in a hedge fund. Prior to joining Vickers, Mr. Sim worked in the Singapore Department of Statistics in 2009 where he conducted in-depth statistical analysis for the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Economic Development Board, IE Singapore and SPRING Singapore. From 2006 to 2007, he was an Assistant Director of Research in the Singapore Management University E.y.E Investment Club, an organization that promotes financial literacy through the sharing of financial knowledge and research of new stock ideas between tertiary students in Singapore and investment professionals. Mr. Sim graduated from the Singapore Management University magna cum laude with degrees in Business Management (majoring in Finance) and Economics. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Doris Yee, Director

Doris has over 20 years of experience in engineering, research commercialisation and venture investment. She currently serves as a Director at the Singapore Venture Capital and Private Equity Association ( SVCA) heading its Secretariat and is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore. She was a General Partner at both iGlobe Partners and iGlobe Treasury where she worked alongside many entrepreneurs serving on the Boards of companies in US, New Zealand and China. She has taken an active role in mentoring CEOs, recruiting key management, advising on strategic initiatives and assisted in fundraising, acquisitions and exit opportunities. She held senior management positions at the Singapore National Science & Technology Board where she was instrumental in developing and promoting R&D grants and venture investments.
