Supporting this push by the Taiwanese government is its Industrial Innovation and Transformation Fund, worth NT100 billion, aimed to stimulate investment into Taiwan’s private sector investments and to promote innovation and transformation of Taiwan’s industries.

The meeting between the Taiwanese delegation and the SVCA committee members was filled with informative exchanges about the value both organizations can bring to one another. One topic brought up was the bilateral opportunities to invest in both Singapore and Taiwan. Representatives of the Taiwanese delegation also mentioned the possibility of matchmaking investors and firms looking for investment into Taiwan.
